As a certified instructor, Liz offers two sessions every Wednesday at the hall, starting at 1pm and 2pm (term time only).
Class 1 offers Intermediate Mat Work (1pm)
Suitable for active clients with previous Pilates experience
Class 2 includes Gentle Chair & Mat Work for the Less Mobile (2pm)
Suitable for older, less mobile clients
Sessions cost £9.50
Sessions must be pre-booked, and can be arranged using the contact details below (with the option of paying per half term).
